At PetalLink, ordering is straightforward and supported by clear communication from start to finish. Flower and foliage availability changes constantly with the seasons, so we keep you informed every step of the way. If you’re part of our wholesale network, you’ll receive a detailed weekly availability list highlighting current lines, seasonal varieties, and limited releases. Our retail range is also refreshed regularly online.
Processing information
Order Timeframes
We aim to confirm all orders and delivery availability within two business days. For the best results and product selection, we recommend providing as much notice as possible. Orders placed toward the end of the week must be received and confirmed by close of business Thursday to be included in the following week’s earliest delivery schedule. Orders submitted after this time will be processed in the next available delivery window, subject to product and freight availability.
Availability options
Substitutions
Each order is reviewed and confirmed against current stock. When placing your order, you’ll have the option to allow substitutions if something becomes unavailable. If selected, we’ll replace that item with the closest match in colour, style, and value. If you’d rather approve changes yourself, we’ll be in touch before making any adjustments.
Recurring options
Standing Orders
Weekly recurring orders can be arranged for our main product lines on one or multiple delivery days. Standing orders receive priority over general orders, so your products are allocated first whenever stock allows. You can make temporary changes up until the day before delivery, while permanent adjustments may take up to a week. Orders can also be paused or moved if your store closes for holidays or extended breaks, keeping your supply consistent and flexible.
Special Orders
Weddings & Events
Weddings and special orders are handled through a dedicated process to ensure specific colours and varieties are secured in advance. Orders need to be confirmed at least four weeks prior to delivery to qualify and are prioritised ahead of general orders. Our team will guide you through availability, coordination, and booking terms to make sure everything runs smoothly for your event.
