Shipping policy

PetalLink delivers to selected metropolitan and regional areas across Australia. Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout once your delivery suburb and postcode are entered.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, selected date and chosen delivery window. The applicable delivery charge will be displayed prior to payment.

When placing your order, you may select from the available delivery windows for your suburb. If you select a time such as “By 6.00pm”, your order will arrive at any time prior to that time on the scheduled delivery date. Delivery windows are subject to order timing, courier capacity and location.

During peak periods and special events, including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas, delivery windows may be limited and specific timed deliveries may not be available.

Saturday delivery is available in selected areas. For same-day Saturday delivery, orders must be placed before 2.00pm, subject to availability. Public holiday delivery availability varies by location.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details. PetalLink is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied at checkout. Where an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect details and is returned to dispatch, redelivery and applicable refreshment fees may apply.

For business addresses, clear delivery instructions must be provided (e.g. reception, mailroom or delivery dock). Once delivered to the nominated business location, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

For residential addresses, authority to leave may be provided at checkout. If a location is deemed unsafe, unsecured or inaccessible by the courier, the order may be returned and additional delivery charges may apply.
