Quality & Flower Care

At PetalLink, we take pride in offering premium, fresh floral arrangements supplied by our trusted floral partners. As flowers are a natural and perishable product, their longevity can vary depending on environmental conditions such as temperature, air conditioning, direct sunlight and handling after delivery.

While every arrangement is carefully prepared and dispatched in fresh condition, once delivered, factors beyond our control may affect their lifespan.

To maximise enjoyment of your flowers, we recommend:

  • Trimming stems on a sharp angle before placing in water
  • Changing the vase water every two days
  • Keeping arrangements away from direct sunlight, heaters and air conditioning
  • Removing any fading blooms promptly

Failure to follow care instructions may impact the lifespan of your flowers.


Rose & Seasonal Variations

Flowers are a natural product and may vary slightly in size, bloom stage, fragrance and colour tone depending on seasonal availability.

Some rose varieties open fully, while others remain partially closed. Fragrance levels also differ between varieties. These natural variations do not indicate reduced quality.

Where necessary, minor substitutions may occur to ensure timely delivery while maintaining overall style, colour palette and value.


Change of Mind

As our products are perishable and prepared to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been dispatched.


Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch.

Cancellations requested within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the order value to cover preparation, administrative and floral waste costs.

If you prefer to avoid cancellation fees, you may request a store credit or gift voucher to the full value of your order (prior to dispatch).

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.


Returns

To request a return, please contact us at hello@petallink.com.au within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and a description of the issue so we can review your request.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described. Providing photographs will assist us in assessing the issue and determining an appropriate resolution.


Refunds

Once we have reviewed your claim, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to finalise the transaction.
